Objective

As a founding patron and contributor of West Denver Prep, Turnpost has had a front seat to one of the most successful charter programs nationwide. Recognizing the importance of reaching at-risk youth between 5th and 8th Grade, WDP provides an affordable alternative to a struggling Denver public school system, offering an education built around a regimented schedule, cultural enrichment and support for the entire family.

Strategy

Turnpost worked with leadership and the community to establish a brand identity and campaign, and offered strategic guidance.

Outcome

In just five years, WDP became the top-performing program in the state of Colorado, acquiring valuable funding and expanding exponentially, with 16 schools throughout Denver and new additions on the way. Now that the proven model is being scaled up to a national level, the WDP name has been replaced with STRIVE, an acronym representing the pillars of their program.
