Digital Designer (Web)

The Digital Designer works collaboratively as part of a project team, partnering closely with the creative lead, project management leads, and, on occasion, outside contractors such as developers, freelancers and other vendors. As a motivated, self-starting creative, the Digital Designer develops concepts and delivers high-quality design, layout, and front-end production work guided by strategic and creative direction. This role is involved in the entire project lifecycle—from early discovery and design through to development, testing, and launch—and works under the direction of the Senior Art Director and Project Manager. This position is primarily in-office, with an optional designated hybrid work-from-home day. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of professional experience designing user interfaces for websites and digital platforms.

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer works independently on assigned projects, or as a member of a project team including creative staff, client services staff, and, on occasion, outside contractors (freelancers and vendors). The Graphic Designer develops concepts and fulfills layout and production assignments according to supplied strategic and creative input, and works under the direction of the art director, account manager, copywriter and/or creative director. 3+ years experience as a graphic designer.

Project Manager

 The Project Manager coordinates Turnpost projects in collaboration with the Account Coordinator. The objective of the Project Manager position is to gain skills and familiarity with our processes, manage relationships with assigned Turnpost clients, and eventually move into the role of Account Coordinator.
