Objective

As the first lifestyle center of its kind in Omaha, Village Pointe offers a well-curated mix of stores, restaurants and cultural experiences. It’s held its own while traditional malls continue to struggle. But, with the rise of new retail options, from competing lifestyle centers to sprawling outlet malls, leadership knew they had to do more to maintain the success they’d gained.

Strategy

Turnpost has developed ongoing campaigns aimed at attracting a younger market, highlighting the features and events that set Village Pointe apart, and solidifying its position as a leader in the region – a one-stop destination for shoppers of all ages, all over the metro area. Our goal is to tell the true story of a place where visitors can discover something new and completely personal.

Outcome

Village Pointe continues to boast more “onlys” in premium national brands than any other venue in the region.
